Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Baristas to join our growing team. Whether you have previous barista experience or are eager to learn, we provide the training and support needed to help you succeed.
As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, providing outstanding customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a positive experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Prepare espresso drinks, specialty coffee, teas, smoothies, refreshers, and other menu beverages according to recipes.
- Operate and maintain espresso equipment, grinders and brewing tools.
- Greet every customer with a friendly attitude and provide exceptional hospitality.
- Take customer orders accurately using the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments.
- Recommend menu items and upsell food, beverages, and desserts when appropriate.
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, dining area, and workstations.
- Restock ingredients, cups, syrups, milk, and supplies throughout the shift.
- Monitor beverage quality and presentation standards.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Wash dishes and keep equipment clean and organized.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Help maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests and coworkers.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous café, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus (not required).
- Barista experience is preferred but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Food Handler Certification is a plus.
Work Schedule
We offer flexible scheduling with two daily shifts.
Morning Shift
Approximately 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Evening Shift
Approximately 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Availability Required
Applicants should be available to work:
- Weekdays
- Weekends
- Holidays
- Occasional overtime when needed
